MEDICINE HAT, AB – The City of Medicine Hat will start permanent repairs to the storm-damaged trail and culverts near the Trans Canada tunnel in Kin Coulee Park next week.

The repairs are set to begin on July 27 and is expected to take about one week to finish.

The tunnel connecting Kin Coulee Park and the environmental reserve on the other side of the Trans-Canada Highway will be closed while the work takes place. The environmental reserve will still be accessible from the Saamis Tepee site.

Park users are asked to obey construction signage and maintain a safe distance from construction activities.
