LPS investigate body found in Galt Gardens

LETHBRIDGE, AB — City police are investigating a sudden death in Galt Gardens behind the art gallery.

Around 8 a.m. July 15, EMS responded to the park and located a deceased woman. Police were contacted and an investigation was initiated.

At this time there is no evidence to suggest foul play but the investigation continues.

The Galt Gardens spray park is currently closed and will remain closed until further notice while the investigation is underway. The public is advised to avoid the immediate area. The rest of Galt Gardens remains open.
