The city says Hill Pool will not reopen for today as tentatively scheduled. The City is reviewing the ability to reopen for the 2020 season and continuing to revise current mitigation practices that are in place at open facilities.

Heights Pool will remain closed for the 2020 season.

Staff continue to review operational guidelines in order to safely reopen Crestwood Recreation Centre to the community and are reviewing a reopening date in the fall.

General Manager of Parks and Recreation James Will says, “It’s important to remember we need to take appropriate precautions to help prevent the spread of the virus. Stay home if you’re sick or not feeling well.”

Strathcona Pool is open from 1-7:30 PM each day.

And swim time slots at Strathcona are one hour and fifteen minutes.

The change rooms are open 15 minutes before and after your booked swim time.

As for swimming lessons, Will says they are tentative to start on July 27.
