Division Avenue water main work continues

MEDICINE HAT, AB – City crews will move to the next stage of the Division Avenue water main rehabilitation project next week.
On Monday the intersection at Division Avenue and 12 Street SE/SW will be closed. That work will connect the 12 Street SW water main to an extra source to increase the reliability of the area’s water supply.
Earlier this month work began at the intersection of Division Avenue and Fifth Street SE/SW. In June work is expected to begin at Division Avenue and Eighth Street SE/SW
The project is expected to last until the end of July and residents can follow progress via a detailed map on the city’s website.
