MEDICINE HAT, AB – Drive-bys and virtual content have become the norm in this time of COVID-19. Now, one local organization has combined the two.
The Medicine Hat Driving Tour at stayinmedicinehat.com features its top six Medicine Hat landmarks that people can enjoy from the safety of their vehicle.
The six stops on the tour are the Saamis Tepee, Red Rock Coulee, Ewart Duggan House, Police Point Park, Finlay Bridge and Echo Dale Park. Each of the sites are marked with coordinates that will give directions when clicked. There are also audio clips for each site that give more information about the landmarks.
StayinMedicineHat.com is hosted by the Medicine Hat Accommodation Association. They ask that everyone follow physical distancing measures while doing the tour, and note the tour has been created so no one has to get out of their vehicle.
