Tigers offering ticket refunds for final two home games

MEDICINE HAT, AB – Fans who were unable to see the final two home games of the Medicine Hat Tigers’ regular season will be reimbursed this week by the club.

Due to COVID-19, the WHL cancelled the remainder of the 2019-20 regular season last week including a pair of Tigers home games set for March 14 and March 21.

Tigers season ticket holders will be receiving a credit on their 2020-21 season tickets, while single game tickets purchased through Ticketmaster will be refunded by the company in three to five business days.

As for single game tickets purchased at the Canalta Centre box office, those who used cash or debit card are asked to visit the box office this week to receive a refund.

Customers with the last name beginning with A-G will be able to visit the box office on Tuesday afternoon, those with last names H-N are asked to return Wednesday, while the final refunds will be given Thursday for those with last names O-Z.

All refunds will be given between 2:00 and 6:00 pm this week, while numbered tags will be handed out if a crowds of over 20 people in the Canalta Centre lobby emerge.

Tigers fans who purchased single game tickets at the box office via credit card will see their refunds processed automatically with no need to visit the Canalta Centre.
