to the person who wrote this…”I find it alarming that the leader of this province is on another jaunt that taxpayers are paying for with nothing tangible to show for it! It’s very convenient that he leaves his minister to deliver supposed cost cutting measures while he’s spending my money on useless jaunts! Just change “leader of this province” to LEADER OF THIS COUNTRY and you will have your fact straight!!!

Voters are ecstatic the more people talk the more we hear current provincial government is at fault for delays on gas/oil in our beautiful province. Stop blaming past provincial/current federal parties for your incompetent staff.

Snow is melting so time for this non-smoker to clean up yard from all the cigarette butts. School yards with cigarette butts, Mall parking lot someone emptied out their butt container right the parking lot. FLC visitors smoking outside the doors, not in designated smoking area. Drivers throwing the butts out the windows. There are considerate smokers but unfortunately those that aren’t are giving all smokers a bad name. If you smoke then take responsibility.

That the County passed first reading of proposed greenhouse project 8-1. This will be great for the area to have veggies supplied year round! With the proposed plans of a berm which will help block the view of the greenhouse and extensive black-out curtains to block most of the light, this is a win-win. The developer certainly didn’t have to propose these additional measures, increasing their cost, but did so to accommodate nearby residences. I look forward to the fresh produce!

The four that voted yes that the city help pay for the sprinkler system do not have my vote next election. These are residents that can afford the price of these homes. They should pay for it themselves, this is total fiscal financial irresponsible. There are many open lots within the distance these homes could of been built on!

I would like to thank the people of Medicine Hat for the $2500.00 for my sprinkler system. Moving to the Hat was a great decision.
