Mixed road conditions across southeast Alberta

Medicine Hat, AB – Road conditions across southeastern Alberta range from snow covered to bare following a several centimeters of snowfall Saturday night into Sunday morning.

Alberta 511 is warning motorists traveling west of Foremost on Hwy. 61 to beware of water pooling on the road between Legend and Skiff.

Roads east and north of the city along the Trans-Canada Highway and Hwy. 41 are snow covered, according to Alberta 511, while roads south of Medicine Hat are partially covered to Bow Island on Hwy. 3 and to Elkwater on Hwy. 41.

Environment Canada is forecasting clearing conditions by Sunday afternoon with a high of 3 C.
