High risk incident ends in River Flats

Area cleared after high risk incident near Lions Park

MEDICINE HAT — What police were calling a high risk incident in the River Flats neighborhood has ended, but police are still looking for an individual involved in the matter.

Details are not yet available, but the public are no longer being asked to avoid the area, which was in the 900 block of Second Street S.E.

Meanwhile police say a complaint about an erratic driver on Trans Canada Way and Dunmore Road, turned out to be a medical event.

There were minor injuries as a result of a motor vehicle collision around 7 this morning at that location.
