Children’s section of library closed Wednesday for renovations

MEDICINE HAT, AB — The Medicine Hat Public Library’s children’s section will be closed all day on Wednesday.

According to a post on the library’s Facebook page, the closure is to allow staff to move shelves around as part of its ongoing renovations to the space.

The closure, the library says, will not impact a Christmas sing along event tonight at 6 p.m.

The newly renovated children’s space will have its grand opening on February 1, 2020.
