Fatal collision at Highway-3 and Coalhurst intersection

COALHURST — Initial details are few as RCMP collision analysts continue to investigate a fatal collision at the Coalhurst intersection Monday (Nov 25) night.

Emergency crews were called out just after 7:00-pm to attend an incident in which one vehicle allegedly T-boned another vehicle. One driver was taken to hospital while the other driver died at the scene.

Traffic in and out of Coalhurst at Highway-3 was re-routed for several hours, while west-bound traffic was reduced to one lane.
