MEDICINE HAT, AB — A snowfall warning is in effect for Medicine Hat and the surrounding area.
The warning, issued by Environment Canada, says snowfall of between 10 and 15 centimetres is in the forecast for the region. A low pressure system is moving into the province Monday.
Snow is expected to begin later Monday night in southwestern Alberta, and will track eastward by Tuesday morning. The snow is expected to taper off by Wednesday morning.
Drivers should prepare for quickly changing and deteriorating travel conditions over the next day.
