Mad Hatter & Happy Hatter – Oct 4
Happy Hatter
Thank you to the young family who not only let me go before them in a grocery line but let another couple go in front of them as well. Your kind gesture really made my day, thank you.
Mad Hatter
One third of minimum wage earners have families, more than 60% are female. It’s not just teenagers who have min wage jobs. What about those with mental and physical barriers? Should they not earn a liveable wage? Or jobs that no longer exist because of the two recessions and now have to work min wage job to pay for school fees for their kids? Should they not earn a liveable wage?
Mad Hatter
To the person mad at cashiers. Maybe this person is having a bad day because a loved one is dying, and the customer before you yelled at them for being out of stock on something that they have no control over. Respect is EARNED not mandatory.
Happy Hatter
I have been shopping at one of our small local grocery stores for a long time now. Good prices, good quality meat, fresh produce, Deli makes delicious flat bread pizzas. Staff is always friendly, polite, always helpful. I know you girls upfront have to deal with some very sketchy people in our area. Kudos to you girls for always being polite regardless of the situations that arise. Proud of our local grocery store.
