Watson in 400 metre hurdles final at Commonwealth Games

GOLD COAST, QUEENSLAND, AUSTRALIA— Sage Watson is into the championship final at the 2018 Commonwealth Games.

The 23-year-old Seven Persons product finished in third place in the 400 metre hurdles qualifying event on Tuesday.

Watson finished the race with a time of 55.43 seconds. Eilidh Doyle of Scotland finished in first place with a time of 54.80 seconds, followed by Trinidad and Tobago’s Sparkle McKnight, who ran a personal best time of 55.15 seconds.
