Police investigating South Railway Street break-ins

MEDICINE HAT, AB — Medicine Hat police are investigating after a pair of break and enters Thursday morning on South Railway Street.

According to a news release, the incidents took place at a pair of businesses in the 500 block of South Railway Street. Police are not naming the locations of the break and enters at this time. In both cases, entry was made through the front doors of the business, with an undisclosed amount of money stolen from both businesses.

In one of the incidents, attempts were made to gain entry into another adjacent business through a shared wall, though it was unsuccessful. Approximately $1,250 damage was caused to the buildings.
