UPDATE: Police searching for robbery suspect

MEDICINE  HAT, AB – City police are tracking a suspect responsible for an armed robbery this morning at the Park Lane Motel on Eighth Street Southwest.
 
It happened at the front desk of the hotel shortly after 6 a.m. Friday morning.

The suspect is described as a white male, between the ages of 20 and 27, standing about 5 foot 9 inches tall, with an average build.
 
The suspect had a weapon, but also had his face hidden by a black and grey scarf. He was also wearing a black and grey hoodie.
 
Police say only a small amount of money was taken during the robbery, and there were no injuries.
