Transit service changes for Christmas weekend

MEDICINE HAT, AB — Medicine Hat Transit will be running on a reduced schedule this holiday weekend.

On Christmas Eve Saturday, transit service in the city will run at non-peak service hours from 6:45 a.m. to 6:45 p.m.

There will be no transit service in the city on Christmas Day.

Transit service resumes on Boxing Day from 10:15 a.m to 6:15 p.m., with regular transit hours resuming the next day.

Transit will also be running on a different schedule for the final weekend of the year.

On New Year’s Eve, buses in the city will operate on non-peak service from 6:45 a.m. to 10:45 p.m., and will run from 10:15 a.m. to 6:15 p.m. on New Year’s Day.
