MEDICINE HAT, AB – The Medicine Hat Tigers leave Wednesday for the next two weeks on their only U.S. road trip of the season.

The trip will see them making stops to visit the Everett Silvertips on Oct. 7, Portland Winterhawks on Oct. 8, Seattle Thunderbirds on Oct. 11, Tri-City Americans on Oct. 12 and Spokane Chiefs on Oct. 14.

So far Medicine Hat has only gone to Lethbridge to battle the Hurricanes back on Sept. 30. The Tigers came out on the losing end of that game, leaving them with a 0-1-0 record on the road this season, 1-2-0 overall.

“It should be good, good bonding time with all the boys,” says forward Andrew Basha. “There’s some good U.S. teams obviously, so I think we’re really gonna work hard there. Again though I just think it’s a good opportunity for us to get closer.”

You can listen to all the road games on CHAT 94.5 with voice of the Tigers Gino De Paoli.

The Tigers return home Friday, Oct. 21 when they host the Red Deer Rebels.
