I am so upset about the YMCA doubling and even tripling the rates for the Before & After School Program. I don’t think the YMCA was prepared to take this program over, and it is incredibly frustrating how that is affecting the families using it. The staff have been great for the most part, but I don’t feel they were trained properly, and there seems to be a big turnover happening. One of the staff members told me that they took a pretty big pay cut before Christmas as well. The YMCA has some big answers to provide here.

The local writer for the newspaper pushes City Hall’s narrative when reporting the news, then turns into an opinion writer in his next column. My question is, is he a reporter or just pushing his twist on the facts?

Mad that Canada doesn’t own a tropical island down south. I am cold and I hate the snow and I hate the dryness of winter and clearly wasn’t meant to be born in Canada. However, my options for warmth are rather limited!

Utilities keep going up.  Carbon tax is minor compared to all the city administration charge.  Those charges are more than the actual utilization.

Was away for 3 weeks over Christmas and New Years which meant our water was off, the lights were off and the heat was way down yet our bill was only 20$ cheaper than the previous month when we had the heat blasting and were home.

Kenny could literally go on the street and eat a live baby and conservative voters would still vote for him. He is a career con-artist.  How anybody thinks this is the man to be a leader of this province is mind boggling. His history shows that he will just con Albertan’s of their money and once his political career is over, take that money and move back to one of his many homes in the States.  He does not care about Albertan’s. Only himself. He is an embarrassing human being, and I feel sorry for the brainwashed masses that will vote for him.
