It is with great sadness that the family of William “Bill” Sidorak announces the death of our father on Saturday, June 1, 2024, at the age of 93 years, beloved husband of the late Olga Sidorak.

He leaves to cherish his memory their children Cheryl Herzog and Ron Sidorak; his  grandchildren Chad (Julie) Sidorak, Tara Atwell, Kristina (Rob) Schultz, and Lauren Herzog, along with his great grandchildren, Nico Sidorak, Mia Schultz, and Avery Herzog; one brother Nick (Sharon) Sidorak; three sisters, Dora Chorel, Marion Brown, Dolly Gillis as well as several nieces and nephews. Ron was predeceased by his wife Olga on October 20, 2023, his great grandchildren, Derrick Sidorak and London Herzog; four brothers, Leon, Mike, John and Danny and three sisters, Pearl Istrati, Lillian Romanchuk and Kate Sidorak.

Bill was born on April 19, 1931, at Wood Mountain, Saskatchewan and married Olga Hrapchak in Rosthern, Saskatchewan on May 31, 1952.  They were together for 72 years.  Bill and Olga moved to Medicine Hat, Alberta in 2001, to be closer to their children and grandchildren.

Family and friends who wish to pay their respects may do so one hour prior to the service.  The funeral service will be held in the PATTISON FUNERAL HOME & CELEBRATION OF LIFE CENTRE on Wednesday, June 12, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. with Fr. Roque Pereira officiating.
