Tony Leahy was born and raised in Medicine Hat.  He is married with two young children.  Leahy is currently a licensed Realtor in the city.  Prior to this he spent 9 years working for the City.

Leahy believes Medicine Hat is an amazing place to raise a family and believes there are solutions to the current problems the city is facing.

He is campaigning on establishing a mental health centre, creating a mobile safe injection system, maintaining ownership of city utilities, bringing in new business and addressing homelessness.

Leahy plans on paying for this by reallocating current funds with no tax increases.  He also wants to access provincial and federal grants.
