It is with a broken heart that Jessica announces the passing of her loving partner for over 20 years, Todd Adam Wiebe. He passed away at St. Joseph’s Home – Carmel Hospice in Medicine Hat on Sunday, July 27, 2025, at the age of 44 years. Along with Jessica, Todd will be lovingly remembered by his mom, Coralie; sisters, April (Craig) and Amber (Darren) and their families; mother-in-law, Rosa, (Alejandro) Calderon; sister-in-law, Nicole (Donny) and her cubs as well as by his chosen family, Wayne (Anca) Quan and their children; best friends, Laurie and Wayne, Lyndsay and Cam (daughter, Milah) and Jacques as well as his long time friend, Collin Rosse. He was predeceased by his father, Glenn. Todd had a fierce love for the outdoors—whether he was out hiking, exploring new places or simply soaking up the freedom of the open air, nature was his sanctuary. A passionate traveller and adventure-seeker, Todd also had an equally enthusiastic love for food—his second love after the great outdoors. He had an appetite for life in every sense, always up for trying something new. A proud beer enthusiast and unapologetic practical joker, Todd had a gift for making people laugh—especially with his signature inappropriate jokes. He was the kind of person who said exactly what was on his mind. Whether it was an honest opinion or a well-earned compliment, you could always count on Todd to be real. He lived with firm principles and a moral compass he never strayed from. He liked things a certain way and wasn’t shy about letting you know. Despite his blunt honesty, Todd was fun-loving, loyal, reliable, and always willing to lend a helping hand. He played a big role in the lives of his nieces and nephews, who adored him. He was equally a proud cat dad to Wicket and Kneesaa, whom he loved deeply. Above all, Todd’s soulmate Jessica was the center of his world. He made it his mission to make her laugh, bring joy to her life, and stand by her side no matter what. Todd Wiebe lived boldly, loved deeply and will be missed beyond measure.
