Shawn Byron Keith Ellis of Medicine Hat passed away on Monday, September 24, 2018, at the age of 55 years. He leaves to cherish his memory his mother, Valerie Ellis; three children, Christien Hamerston-Ellis, Jack Hamerston-Ellis and Aspen Hamerston Ellis; two sisters, Bethany Ellis (Vincent Kelly) and their son Dominic; Shannon (Craig) Schmidt and their children Alicia (Mike) Bentz (their children Mason and McKinley), Morgan (Kelsey) Schmidt. He was predeceased by his father, Keith Ellis. Family and friends who wish to pay their respects may do so in the PATTISON FUNERAL HOME on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held in the PATTISON CHAPEL on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. As an expression of sympathy donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
