1973 ~ Sean Macoon ~ 2021

Sean Macoon passed away, at the age of 48 on February 25, 2021 in Medicine Hat, beloved son of the late Manu and Ruby Macoon. He leaves to cherish his memory her two sisters, Nadia Delanoy and Shamela (Dwight) Affleck and their children, Owen, and Cayden.
A viewing service will be offered via live streamed and in person (20 people maximum) from the Pattison Funeral Home on Tuesday, March 2nd from 1:00 -3:00 pm. A celebration of life will be held at a later date and will be communicated on the Pattison Funeral Home website.
On February 25th, the world lost one of the most courageous and full of life people, our dear brother, Sean Macoon. For a man in his late 40’s he had triumphed over much of life’s hardships. From a young boy, he was always supporting people of disabilities and helped bring awareness to challenges facing these groups. His life represented grit, perseverance, resilience, and a strong will. Although his life was cut short so suddenly, we are grateful for the time we had with him.
Our brother’s faith in Jesus and his commitment to First Assembly of God Church kept him strong and full of hope. He had an immense passion for music and loved to listen to old vinyl’s of BB King, Jeff Healey, and Stevie Wonder. Sean truly had a zest for anything instrumental and musical. He was a unique and dynamic individual that faced life head on.
With heavy hearts, we will miss you dearly, Sean.
