Rockford Rutledge has called Medicine Hat home since 1997.  Rutledge spent 16 years working in the oilfield and is the current owner of the Canadian GunHub.

Rutledge says his main goal in running for city council is to encourage and promote the city to grow, change and adapt into a better future.

He is campaigning on attracting new and different businesses to the city as well as business retention.

Rutledge believes Hatters have lost trust because of a lack of transparency and accountability at the city level.
