It is with heavy hearts, we announce the peaceful passing of our Dad, Grandpa, Brother, Uncle and Friend, Rev. Paul Stahl of the Mayfield Colony. Paul blessed many with his generous heart and rich humour. Left to cherish his memory are his family: three daughters, Bertha (Rev. Josh) Stahl, Sarah (Sam) Hofer, E. Annie Stahl all of Downie Lake Colony; twelve grandchildren, and twenty great grandchildren; his brothers, Darius (Mary), Rev. Eli (Annie) of Mayfield Colony; his sisters, Sarah (Joe), J. Elizabeth of Wolf Creek Colony, Mary (Rev. Peter) of Hillridge Colony, Esther (Jacob) of South Peace Colony and his brother-in-law Elias of Starland Colony. “And I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever, Psalm 23:6.

He had a nature you could not help loving
And a heart that was purer than gold
And to those who knew him
His memory will never grow old.
Rest in Peace until we meet again.

The funeral service will be held at the Mayfield Colony on Sunday, July 14, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in the Mayfield Cemetery.
