Patrick Petryshen
1959 ~ 2022
It is with heavy hearts we find ourselves announcing the passing of Patrick Everett Petryshen. He left us on Thursday, April 21, 2022, in Medicine Hat. Pat is survived by his loving mother, Jeanette (nee Hnatiw); sister, Janice (Metro) Chalus; brother, Curtis (Yvette) Petryshen; nephews, Travis, Jordan and James; great-nieces, Aleah and Anastasia and his significant other, Faye Jardine. He was predeceased by his father, Everett Petryshen. Patrick ‘Pat’ was born on February 20,1959, in Canora, SK., and grew up in Buchanan, SK. This is where he made many life long friendships. As an adult, Pat moved to Regina, but although settled, he continued to be drawn to working in many different places. Pat was always so proud to talk about the interesting places his work would take him from Fort McMurray to Kelowna to South Korea. Throughout his life, Pat built many more strong friendships wherever he found himself. He will be deeply missed by all who met him. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date in Saskatchewan.
