1939 – Pat Klatt – 2022

Patricia “Pat” Ruth Klatt of Medicine Hat passed away on Friday, March 25, 2022, at the age of 83 years. Born in Calgary on January 25, 1939, Pat was the middle of three children born to Arthur and Violet Gulley. When she left school, Pat began working at a bank, but soon married David Doupe and focused on raising her family. In 1970, she divorced and moved her family to Medicine Hat which remained her home. Pat was active in the community and known by many due to her work in the coffee shop, and nursing home. In 1972, she married Eugene Beaupre. They divorced in 1983. In 1984, she married Kenny Klatt, bringing Corrine and Shane into her life as a second family. She leaves to cherish her memory three children: Lorraine (Miles) Constable, Dennis (Nancy) Beaupre, and Barbara Beaupre; two step children, Corrine (Mark) Watson and Shane (Jenn) Klatt; seven grandchildren, Michelle (Paul) and their children, Isabelle and Ewan; Heather, Krysta (Scott), Jessica, Stephanie, Justin, Caitlin and Greyson; one brother, David (Helen) Gulley as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husbands David Doupe, Eugene Beaupre, and Kenny Klatt; her parents, Violet and Arthur Gulley; and one brother, James (Margaret) Gulley. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 11 2022, at 11:00 a.m. in the PATTISON CHAPEL.  The service will be live streamed, and family and friends who are unable to attend are invited to watch the service by searching for the Pattison Funeral Home Youtube page. The video will go live 10 minutes prior to service time and will remain on the Youtube page for future viewing.  Interment will follow in the Redcliff Cemetery.
