Micheal Starner is 21 years old and was born and raised in Medicine Hat.  He is a laborer at Lafarge Portable.

Starner says he has been studying politics since he was 10 years old.

Starner is campaigning on lower rates, donating 40 thousand from his salary to support local businesses and/or create a program that helps businesses start up.

He would like more things for kids, teens and everyone to do which includes bringing back the waterslides, a drive-in, and a park for kids who have physical or mental disabilities.
