Maxine Sears

Maxine Donna Sears, beloved wife of the late Jim Sears, passed away in Medicine Hat on Thursday, September 18, 2025, at the age of 83 years. Maxine’s memory will be lovingly cherished by her daughter, Coralie (Neil) Woelfle and their daughter, Cassie; Darren’s daughters, Brooke and Brittany; six great-grandchildren; sister, Sandy Clemis; sister-in-law, Marlene Sackman as well as numerous friends at the Cypress View Lodge. Along with her husband, she was predeceased by her son, Darren Sears. Maxine will be remembered as an all-around great person. She was like a Mom to most in her life leaving everyone with nothing but nice things to say about her. Maxine loved watching Soap Operas on TV and remained active as a member of the shuffleboard team at Cypress View where she will be dearly missed. Dignified cremation has taken place. Maxine’s life will be honoured and her memory cherished without the proceedings of a formal funeral.
