Surrounded by love, Marvin Maser died in Medicine Hat on September 4, 2020, at the age of 72 years. His memory will be cherished by his loving wife Pearl, children; daughter Mindy (Jim) Kirk and children Kieran, Isla and Bryn (Australia); son Kurtis (Carmen) Maser, children Kage, Eve, Max; daughter Paige (Chan) Phon, children Taeya and Rowan. Mother-in-law Nesta Hunter, aunt Frieda Gazdag, four sisters, three brothers and their families; seven sisters-in-law, one brother-in-law and their families. Predeceased by his parents, Martha and Kayo, father-in-law Jim Hunter, two sisters and one nephew and two nieces. Marvin was born in Medicine Hat and grew up on a farm near Irvine. Marvin was proud to have spent 40 years in the oil and gas industry. Marvin and Pearl were married in 1977, they had three children and eight grandchildren who were the light of his life.
