1935 – Martin Gyorkos – 2021

Martin Gyorkos passed away on Tuesday, February 16, 2021 at the age of 85 years, beloved husband of Bernice Gyorkos of Medicine Hat. He also leaves to cherish his memory three children, Cindy Gyorkos (Randy Stein), Susan (Shaun) Meagher and Jeff Gyorkos all of Medicine Hat; two grandchildren, George Meagher and Jillian Meagher; one brother Michael Gyorkos; two sisters, Mary Gyorkos and Anne Davies as well as one sister-in-law Doreen Gyorkos. Martin was predeceased by his parents Anna and Stephen Gyorkos and two brothers, Steve (Mary) Gyorkos and John Gyorkos. Family and friends who wish to pay their respects may do so at the PATTISON FUNERAL HOME on Friday evening from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. (Social distancing and masks are mandatory). Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a funeral mass by invitation only will be celebrated in the St. Patrick’s Roman Catholic Church on Saturday, February 20, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. with Fr. Roque Pereira celebrant. Family and friends are invited to remotely attend the funeral service by searching for the Pattison Funeral Home youtube page where the video will go live 10 minutes prior to service time.
