Margaret Hamilton

April 16, 1936 – December 20, 2024

The family of Margaret Florence Hamilton, beloved wife of the late Gerald Hamilton, announce her passing at the Medicine Hat Hospital on Friday, December 20, 2024, at the age of 88 years. Margaret’s memory will be cherished by her children: Laurie Hamilton, Donald (Cindy) Hamilton, Janet Hamilton (Marty Drut) and John Hamilton (Rita Goodrich); grandchildren, Chris (Megan) Schwab and their two children, Jameson and Mia; Erin Schwab; Daniel (Emily) Schwab and their two children, Milo and Scottie; Alan Hamilton and his son Lukas; Patrick Hamilton (Emily); Michael Hamilton as well as Nicole Russell (Braden) and their daughter, Claire. As per Margaret’s wishes, the family will share in a private time of remembrance. The family would like to thank Dr. Majeed for her incredible kindness and support, and also to the staff of 5 West for their compassion and care. They would also like to thank the staff and residents of St. Joe’s for welcoming Margaret into their family, she greatly enjoyed her time with everyone there.
