It is with heavy hearts that the family of Lindy Moser of Medicine Hat, beloved wife of Len Moser, announce her passing on Saturday, June 7th, 2025, at the age of 74 years. Born Linda Kathleen Stewart, but known to all as Lindy, she brought kindness to everyone she met. Lindy leaves to cherish her memory her two sons, Wes (Heather) Moser of Casa Grande, Arizona and Brad (Mandy) Moser of Lethbridge as well as five beloved grandchildren: Ethan, Josie, Henry, Shea and Rhett Moser. She is also survived by her sister, Joan Wade of Sherwood Park and her brother, Bruce (Miyako) Stewart of Lethbridge as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Lindy was predeceased by her beloved son, Taylor Moser; her parents, Fred and Kay Stewart and her brother-in-law, Duncan Wade. Born in Edmonton on October 16th, 1950, Lindy was raised there and later attended the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) where she earned a Diploma in Photography. It was at NAIT that she met her husband, Len Moser, who was also pursuing the same program. The two were married in Edmonton on September 1st, 1973. Lindy and Len shared a devoted and joyful marriage. Always together, they especially enjoyed their travels to the mountains and their walks in the local parks. They also treasured spending time with good friends, including their regular group camping trips in Elkwater. Len and Lindy moved their growing family to Medicine Hat, where they founded and operated several successful photography businesses, including One Hour Photo and Len Moser Photography. Lindy will be remembered for her warm heart, cheerful laughter, memorable sayings and the love she shared with all who knew her. Her legacy of compassion and family devotion will continue to live on in the many lives she touched. A Celebration of Lindy’s life will be held at Cook Southland Funeral Chapel, 901 – 13 Street S.W., Medicine Hat on Friday, June 27, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Murray Jaster officiating. A time of fellowship will follow immediately thereafter in the Cook Southland Reception Facility. Lindy’s service will be live-streamed.
