Kathy Glasgo

Kathy Glasgo says she has spent her entire life as an advocate of the Catholic education system and wants to continue that with another term on the Medicine Hat Catholic Board of Education board of trustees.

She believes Catholicity can be permeated into all areas of the school system from Central Office to the schools and beyond.

One of her priorities is the continue the work on the Sisters of St. Louis Charity Centre at Monsignor McCoy High School, a theatre/sports facility to expand and enhance the fine arts program.

Glasgo also wants to study the safety of dropoff points at elementary schools and making period products available at the high and junior high schools at no cost to students.

Glasgo graduated from Monsignor McCoy High School 50 years ago, her children also went through the Catholic system and her grandchildren have either graduated or are currently in the system.
