1927 ~ Josephine Holton ~ 2021

Josephine “Jo” Mary Holton passed away on Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at the age of 93 years, beloved wife of John Holton. She also leaves to cherish her memory four children, Linda (Rick) Massini, Brent Holton (Kim Bileski), John Jr. (Cheryl) Holton, Lynn Holton (Albert Roy); nine grandchildren, Ryan, Lori (Riaz) (Nico); Jaylene (Stacey); Megan (Justin) (Eve and Sage); Bradley, Cory (Randi) (Kayden and Rylan); Troy, Rene, and Neil; one brother, Peter Roth. She was predeceased by her parents Elizabeth and Joseph Roth; her first husband, Bert DeWald in 1965; and siblings, Andrew, George, Anna, Elizabeth, Barbara, Magdelena, and Margaret. Jo worked as a secretary for the Catholic School Board for 17 years. Josephine and John enjoyed 52 wonderful years of marriage. Upon retirement, for many years they enjoyed and looked forward to vacationing for the winter in Hawaii or the southern states. She was a loving and caring wife, mother and grandmother; our rock and the glue that held the whole family together. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a private funeral service will be held in the PATTISON CHAPEL on Monday, January 25, 2021 at 1:30 p.m. with Life Celebrant, David Townsend. Family and friends are invited to remotely attend the funeral service by searching for the Pattison Funeral Home youtube page where the video will go live 10 minutes prior to service time. Interment will follow in the Hillside Cemetery. Those who wish to remember Josephine with a donation, may do so to the Salvation Army.
