Joseph “Joe” Arthur Laurent Donovan, beloved husband of Vivian Donovan of Medicine Hat, passed away on Tuesday, July 4th, 2017 at the age of 78 years. Joe also leaves to cherish his memory his step-children and their families. Joe was predeceased by his parents. A private interment will take place in Ontario at a later date.
