It is with profound sadness that the family of Jesse William Poelzer announce his passing in Medicine Hat on Wednesday, November 6, 2024, at the age of 49 years. He was born In Kelowna, B.C., on July 8, 1975. Jesse’s memory will forever be cherished by his sons, Jaxon 17, Tristan, 13 and their mother, Amber; twin brother, Ryan (Bren-Ann); sister, Arienne (Rusty); mother, Cheryl (Dave); father, Bill (Lynn); half-sister, Tawny (Steve); nephews, Benjamin and Gavin as well as nieces, Talia, Aria, Mattea and Kinsley. A Celebration of Jesse’s life will be held at Cook Southland Funeral Chapel, 901 – 13 Street S.W., Medicine Hat, on Friday, November 15, 2024, at 10:30 a.m. with Pastor Greg Keen officiating. The service will be live streamed.
