Jim MacDonald

Mr. James ‘Jim’ Albert MacDonald passed away at the Medicine Hat Regional Hospital on Saturday, December 28, 2024, at the age of 73 years. Left to cherish Jim’s memory are his brother, David MacDonald of Medicine Hat; nephews, Chris MacDonald of Medicine Hat, Justin (Tara) MacDonald and their son, Davis of Calgary and by his sister, Lynn Davey of Port Hardy, BC. He was predeceased by his parents, Keay and Harriet MacDonald and by his brother-in-law, Steve Davey. Jim served in the Canadian Armed Forces from 1969 – 1972 and worked for the City of Medicine Hat Gas Department for 35 years before retiring. Jim will be silently remembered by family and friends without the proceedings of a formal funeral service.
