Gordon George Austin passed away on Sunday, March 5, 2023 at the age of 80 years, beloved husband of Elaine Austin of Medicine Hat. He also leaves to cherish his memory six children, Greg Austin, Lee-Ann Austin (Dr. Sean Teeling), Victoria Austin (Dave Jardine), Shawn McLennan, Brent (Raquel) McLennan, and Ryan (Shakina) McLennan; six grandchildren; his mother, Bernice Austin; three brothers, Ralph (Bev) Austin, Allan Austin, and Doug (Linda) Austin; his sister, Cindy (Greg) Nielsen as well as numerous nieces, nephews and his extended family in Medicine Hat, April and Andrej Jaros and their family. He was predeceased by his father Ralph Austin and one brother Bruce. A private family time of remembrance will be held.
