Mr. Frank W. Smith, beloved husband of the late Lena Smith, passed away peacefully at the Riverview Care Centre in Medicine Hat on Sunday, March 18, 2018, at the age of 92 years. Frank leaves to cherish his memory one son, Dean (Anne) Smith; three grandchildren, Graham, Nathan and Emily as well as numerous in-laws, nieces and nephews. Frank was born in Calgary and was raised in the country community of Bearspaw north west of Calgary. He semi retired from the excavating business after 30 plus years and had a small grain farm east of Nanton, AB. He will be dearly missed by all those who had the privilege of knowing him. In accordance with Frank’s wishes, his life will be honoured and his memory cherished without the proceedings of a formal funeral.
