Frank Joseph Moser

Frank Joseph Moser of Red Deer, formerly of Medicine Hat, passed away on Friday, April 14, 2017, at the age of 86 years. He leaves to cherish memory one brother, Ed (Eileen) Moser; one aunt, Emily Schmaltz as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his parents, Michael and Pauline Moser; one brother, Johnny Moser and two sisters, Susan (Frank) Cameron and Melonia (Art) Heringer.
Frank was born on December 29, 1930 and raised on the family farm, three and a half miles south of Mendham. He spent several years farming along side his parents. As a young adult, he worked as a hired hand on several farms in the Leader/ Acadia Valley/Oyen areas. Frank returned to Mendham where he lived with his brothers, Johnny and Ed. In the late ‘60’s, Frank and Johnny moved to Medicine Hat where Frank worked at the Powerhouse Greenhouses.
Those wishing to pay their respects may do at the PATTISON FUNERAL HOME on Tuesday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. or at the church on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. to 10:55 a.m. Family and friends will gather for prayers at the PATTISON CHAPEL on Tuesday evening at 7:00 p.m. The funeral mass will be celebrated in St. Patrick’s Roman Catholic Church (238 2nd Ave N.E.) on Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. with Fr. Tomy Manjaly celebrant. Interment will follow in the Hillside Cemetery.
