Later, Dale and Louise moved to Regina for several years where he worked as a courier and a shuttle driver for the Toyota dealership. Once again, Dale retired and they moved to Medicine Hat where they enjoyed the nice weather and made many new friends. Throughout his life, Dale enjoyed old cars, especially his Edsel which he spent time travelling to various Edsel events with. Dale also enjoyed curling, golfing, watching baseball, playing cards, crossword puzzles and reading.
