December 14, 1935 ~ February 1, 2022
Mrs. Elizabeth Irene ‘Liz’ Noble, beloved wife of Bob, passed away peacefully at St. Joseph’s Home – Carmel Hospice in Medicine Hat on Tuesday, February 1, 2022, at the age of 86 years. Along with Bob, Liz leaves to cherish her memory: three sons, Randy (Sandy) and their three children, Kayla (Joe), Jared (Mikayla) and Randall; Durwin; Brent (Cheryl) and their three children, Ashley (Dan), Dillion and Emilia (Shelby); two daughters, Penny (Warren) Hepfner; Diana (Richard) Bergen and their son, Trey. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren with one on the way; two sisters-in-law, Dorothy ‘Dot’ Simon and Beverly Jans as well as numerous other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents, Emilia and Louis Simon; brother, Louis; sister, Joan Mezei; Bob’s parents, Fred and Wilma Noble as well as a brother-in-law, John Mezei. Liz enjoyed her job as a bank teller, working with the Royal Bank until her eventual retirement. She took advantage of this extra time, going on numerous trips with Bob and family. A very community minded individual, Liz enjoyed giving of her time to numerous causes, especially at the Veiner Centre and working bingos and casinos. She was an avid Tigers fan and always on the move, whether going to bingos, bowling, volunteering her time or taking Bob dancing… again! She treasured her time with family and loved getting together with the children and grandchildren, especially for a game of cards or any kind of game! She leaves a legacy of love that will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. A Celebration of Liz’s life will be held at the Medicine Hat Golf and Country Club, 947 Pigeon Street N.E., Medicine Hat on Friday, February 11, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. with interment to follow at Hillside Cemetery. Standard covid protocols will be in place, so those attending will be required to provide proof of vaccination.
