1929 ~ Edna Martin ~ 2022

Edna Martin of Medicine Hat passed away on Thursday, May 19, 2022 (22 days prior to her 93rd birthday). Edna was born June 10, 1929 at Irvine, Alberta. She married Albert Martin on June 25, 1948. Edna and Albert were married 67 years at the time of Albert’s passing on July 2, 2015. She leaves to cherish her memory two sons, Harlan (Debby) Martin and Byron (Sharon) Martin; five grandchildren, Derek, Erin, Ryan (Krystal), Drew (Amanda), Erica (Eddie), Sargent, Owen (Jaime) and seven great grandchildren, Tate, Manny, Lola, Caleb, Carter, Kinley and Brynn. She was predeceased by her parents, Andrew and Alvina Dietelbach. We would like to thank the staff at Haven of Rest for taking such good care of Mom these past few years (we know she could be a challenge). A private graveside service will be held on Tuesday, May 24, 2022 in the Hillside Cemetery. We would like to thank Dave Townsend and the Pattison Funeral Home.
