Dr. David Marsh

1949 ~ 2020

It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the sudden passing of Dr. David Glenn Marsh, on Tuesday, January 14, 2020, at the age of 70 years. He will be lovingly remembered by his beloved wife, Shelly; son, Dylan (Lynzee) and daughter, Amber (Kelton). Dr. David Marsh was born in Medicine Hat on June 1, 1949. He was raised in the city until he went on to pursue his education in Chiropractic Medicine in Toronto, Ontario. After the completion of his education in 1975, Dave always continued to expand his knowledge within his field. In the late 1970’s, Dave returned to Medicine Hat and established his practice here. Some years later, he met the love of his life, Shelly, and they were married on November 7,1987. Together they welcomed two of the greatest joys in Dave’s life; their son, Dylan in 1990 and their daughter, Amber in 1998. Dave lived a wonderful life with his family and continued working, doing what he loved to do, right up to and including the day that he passed. He will be greatly missed by all who loved and cared for him including his two best buds, Blue and Bandit. Dave was such a large part of the community and we know that he will be missed by so many. A Celebration of David’s life will be held at Cook Southland Funeral Chapel, 901 – 13 Street S.W., Medicine Hat on Saturday, January 25, 2020, at 2:00 p.m. (Condolences may be expressed by visiting our website at www.cooksouthland.com) Honoured to serve the family is Cook Southland Funeral Chapel.
