Diane Marie McLaren, beloved wife of Leonard McLaren of Medicine Hat, passed away with family by her side, on Thursday, December 20, 2018, at the age of 72 years. She also leaves to cherish her memory her two daughters, Donna (Steve) Schwartz of Seven Persons, Deb (Larry) Gomke; her son, Kevin (Jaqueline) Faller all of Medicine Hat; two step daughters, Crystal McLaren-Davies of Medicine Hat and Shauna (Greg) Schneider of Golden Prairie; eight grandchildren, Mandy (Tony), Brian (Alysha), Kristen (Jon), Kyle (Caitlin), Terrisa, Ryann (Brayden), Madison, Kyra, and Matthew (Jessi); five step grandchildren, Trinity, Ariana, Kegan, Destinee and Devlin; six great grandchildren, Jenna, Jaryd, Avery, Elizabeth, Bentley, Kellan, Willa, Whitney and one step great granddaughter, Catalaya; three sisters, Florence (Cliff) Zaharychuk, Shirley (Wilf) Desnoyers and Bonnie Williamson; one brother Doug Williamson as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her first husband John Faller on May 24, 2003; her father James Gutfriend, mother Lydia Williamson; one sister Terry (Koon) Baier and many brothers and sisters-in-law. Family and friends who wish to pay their respects may do so at the PATTISON FUNERAL HOME on Thursday, from 12:00 – 12:55 p.m. The funeral service will be held in the PATTISON CHAPEL on Thursday, December 27, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. with Life Celebrant, David Townsend.
