Darrel Albert Hiller

1972 – 2024

Darrel Albert Hiller passed away at the Medicine Hat Regional Hospital on Tuesday, January 2, 2024, at the age of 51 years. Left to cherish his memory are his father, Ed; children, Jerad, Kodi, Skyler and Brianna; siblings, Tanya Barnes and Darren Hiller as well as his special friend, Rhonda. He was predeceased by his mother, Sandra Hiller. Darrel was born on March 12, 1972, in Mackenzie, BC., and growing up, lived in many places throughout AB, SK, and BC. Working in construction/ drywall, some would call Darrel a blue collar worker. Some of his favourite hobbies included gardening, reading, fishing, camping, listening to music and playing games; Canasta was his favourite. He loved car shows, spending hours watching and learning about them. Time spent with family meant the most to Darrel as his children were his greatest achievement. A private time of remembrance was held. A service will be held at a later date with details being announced closer to the time.
