Catherine Wilson is the current chair of the Medicine Hat Public School Division Board of Trustees and wants to continue a lot of the work that’s already been started during her term.

Her platform includes encouraging innovations that lead to improved education for the students and fostering a significant role for parents.

She also says she’ll hold herself accountable to provide a superior educational experience for the success of and will listen to the voices of all students and those who support public schools.

Wilson has lived in Medicine Hat for 49 years. She is a graduate of Medicine Hat High School and all three of her children attended and graduated from the Medicine Hat Public School Division.
