Brian Alaric Baker of Medicine Hat passed away on Wednesday, January 9, 2019, at the age of 69 years, beloved husband of Ying Zu “Wendy” Baker of Medicine Hat. He is survived by his children, Lindsay and Tamara; his sister, Billie (Len) Friesen. He was predeceased by his parents, Bea and Al Baker. Brian served in the Canadian Armed Forces and was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion. He worked most of his life in the oilfield industry and drove cab for a few years. The funeral service will be held in the PATTISON CHAPEL on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. with Life Celebrant, David Townsend. Interment will follow in the Hillside Cemetery.
